We collect you from your hotel approximately one hour before sunrise onpre-informed pick-up time

Breakfast
Croissants, crackers, fruit juice and water are served in the form of a lunch box before the flight.
Once Turkish Civil Aviation Authority has given permission to fly, the passengers will proceed to the take-off site

Your pilot will give you a safety briefing before take- off and tell you everything you need to know for a safe and enjoyable flight
Flight
Flights has a duration of between 45-60 minutes and 75-90 minutes subject to flight type, depending on weather conditions and terrain.
It will depart from our pre-designated launch area in the valley
Landing Ceremony
After landing, we celebrate in style with a traditional glass of Champagne (non-alcohol),
and your pilot hands out your personalized flight certificate
After the ceremony our luxury minibuses will take you back to your hotel
Things You Should Know
You should allow 3 to 4 hours from start to finish. We aim to have you back at your hotel in time to join any morning sightseeing you may have arranged.
Flights are dependent on good weather conditions.
Policy on children: For safety reasons, we prefer not to carry children younger than 6 years of age. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Standard and Comfort Flight prices quoted are per person. Private Flight price quoted is per balloon.
Cancellation Policy: Flights are dependent on good weather conditions. In case of flight cancellation due to bad weather conditions, full amount will be refunded. If you wish and we have availability, possible to attend next day’s flight. On the other hand, if you want to cancel your flight, you can cancel it up to 48 hours before the flight and you can get your full payment back.
